Join us for an inspiring event in celebration of International Women’s Day featuring a powerful keynote address, networking, and creative exploration.
Pamela Oakes will discuss “Sisterhood Unleashed: The Transformative Power of Solidarity.” Her keynote will explore the pivotal role of mentors, underscoring how relationships can be catalysts for personal and professional growth, and celebrate a future where solidarity and collaboration become the cornerstone for a more inclusive and equitable world.
Engage in meaningful conversations, build valuable connections, and expand your professional network with fellow attendees who are passionate about gender equality.
Hear an artist talk by internationally known environmental artist Vaughn Bell, who is featured in our current exhibition, A Better Way to Go: Toilets and the Future of Sanitation.
Take action by participating in our Period & Hygiene Drive with Raising Girls. Attendees are encouraged to bring items to donate like sanitary pads, tampons, lip balm, deodorant, body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. For more ideas, check out Raising Girl’s Amazon wishlist.

4 to 4:45 p.m. Grab a drink and bite to eat from Spice Bridge. Take action and participate in activities with local nonprofits that are focused on women empowerment.
4:45 to 5:15 p.m. Join an artist talk by Vaughn Bell and visit partner tables.
5:15 to 5:35 p.m. Listen to keynote speaker Pamela J. Oakes.
5:35 to 7 p.m. Participate in networking activities.
